In Nick’s words:

Once a poker TV channel put Rich and Nick together on a poker TV show. It was an unmitigated disaster.

Not for the viewer – obviously – for them, it was a 3-hour festival of jokes, humour and pure television gold. However, the people in charge of the channel disagreed. So much so that they called Nick to tell him not to tit about on screen in the future.

Of course these attempts by ‘the man’ to intervene could not stop the media juggernaught that had been unleashed. This coupled with their desire to vent their spleens about stuff on a regular basis gave birth to the nugget of MP3 magic, downloadable at your convenience, that is The Rich and Nick Podcast.

They promise to try and make the podcast funny and entertaining and not to sound too similar or too much like grumpy old men 20 years before their time.

In Rich’s words:

This was Nick’s idea, so thank/blame him (delete as applicable). There I was, minding my own business when suddenly he came into my life and turned it upside down. That is to say, he approached me about doing a podcast together.
